Making your own website with WordPress
WordPress is a so-called ‘Content Management System’ (CMS) with which you can make free websites, web shops and blogs. In this course we do not cover all possibilities, but the most important ones to be able to make a good website. WordPress.com where you can start a free website or blog.

As mentioned before, WordPress is a program / system for creating a website, webshop and blog. You can also maintain and adjust your website yourself. Using WordPress is basically free. It may be that you have to pay for certain (luxury) parts, but in principle you can build and use the website for free, in addition to the annual costs for hosting and your domain name.
